Relief - all sorted!

Payment may be made by cash/cheque on return of goods. Please note that cheques must be accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card.

Minimum order value of £15.00. If however your order falls below this amount you will still be charged £15.00.

Our ironers are fully trained to a high standard and we work in a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT

In the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum of £35.00 per item.

Any iron-damaged items included with your laundry will be returned unironed to avoid misunderstanding regarding liability of damage.

Please also note that any very dry and/or creased items will be rinsed through at an extra charge of £1.00 per item.

All receipts must be checked on return of clothing and any missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours as after this time www.boredwithironing.co.uk will not accept responsibility.

If we call to collect from you at a mutually agreed time and nobody is in a charge of £5.00 will be added to your bill.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may take up to 48 hours to return your ironing, if this happens you will of course be advised in the given 24 hours to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Each order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for the EXPRESS SERVICE. We will confirm your order either by email or phone.

Sometimes we are unable to deliver at the agreed time due to roadworks, bad weather or accidents. Please understand that 'these things happen'.

None of the information submitted to us is passed on to third parties.

We reserve the right to refuse any customer that fails to agree to the above TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
